Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.  Shipping is free in Canada if your order is over $160.00 CAD

Typical delivery times:

• Canada: 3–9 business days - flat rate of 12.95 CAD within Canada

• USA: 5–12 business days - shipping calculated at checkout 

Please note delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, and weather conditions.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Curlora is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once shipped.
However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving shipping issues.
